The Landscaper Alarm

Arg. Today I woke up at the early hour of 10am to the sound of a landscaper’s lawn mower. I think that foam thingy on the carburator was clogged with dust because it kept going RRRrrrrrrrRRRRRRrrrrrrRRRRRrrrrrrRRRRrrrrrr. Normally I can sleep through the weed-eaters and lawn mowers and even the loud train whistle. But not a clogged carburator. Oh well. I guess I needed to get up anyway.

 I should be getting another big check in the mail from a client today. Yipee! I love getting those. I’ll also be heading to Greensboro, NC after lunch. I’ll swing through Charlotte and pick up a truckload of pots and pans from my co-worker. Maybe I’ll stop at my old place and see how Lake Norman is doing.

 Well it’s going to be a late night for me. The stock options class is in Greensboro, NC and lasts till 12am. Then I have to drive back! Oh well, it’s a good thing I’m used to going to bed late, huh?
